The Hobbit -- the Desolation of Smaug

Today we went to see the Hobbit -- the Desolation of Smaug in Lansing, MI in the theatre where my cousin Pat works. It was a great movie, with lots of cool special effects, and it was a cliffhanger. We enjoyed watching it in the Xtreme theater at NCG Cinemas.

Sumo competition between the kids in out robotics class 

We have been teaching robotics classes every week, and this week was the last. The students competed aginst each other in a sumo competition.
